Deja Vu Again

In Déjà vu Again, Bill Higgins is a middle-aged husband and father struggling to make sense of his life after the death of his father. When a strange feeling of déjà vu at a gas station gives Bill the eerie certainty that a robbery is about to happen, he intervenes and suddenly finds himself hailed as a hero. But the moment sets off a chain of consequences that unsettles his marriage, forces him to confront long-buried regrets, and eventually lands him in a psychiatrist’s office trying to understand how his life became so complicated. Told through Bill’s sessions with Dr. Mytych and a series of glimpses into his recent and distant past, Déjà vu Again blends comedy, family drama, and reflection as Bill wrestles with change, loss, second chances, and the realization that moving forward may require finally making peace with what came before.
